Our Australian based Franchise model follows the strict ACCC Franchise Code of Conduct. This Code purposely slows the process to allow potential Franchisees time to carry out due diligence checks and seek legal advice before progressing.

The implementation of a Document Deposit acts to not only confirm an applicant’s identity and genuine interest. Though also creates a “first right of refusal” process. In the event of multiple applications reserved for the same region, they are accessed in order of receipted Document Deposits.

APPLICATION PROCESS

1) On completion of your application and receipt of your Document Deposit. You will be provided with all required documentation including a Franchise Agreement completed with your details. Plus, details of all inclusions and an operational overview.

2) Should this meet with your initial approval, you can then request to undergo an interview via phone.

3) On our official written acceptance*, you then have 14 days to obtain legal advice and complete your due diligence. (*We reserve the right to reject any application without reason.)

4) On signing of the Franchise Agreement your payment becomes due and arrangements are then made for delivery of your equipment.
